Intermediate Green Building

The intermediate class is currently being developed. It will build upon the concepts outlined in the Introduction to Green Building Class and will provide the required project experience necessary to sit for the LEED Accredited Professional with Specialty designation. Each class session will cover one of the credit categories in the LEED Existing Buildings Operations and Maintenance certification. Students will have group project assignments on an actual building seeking LEED certification. This may include using specialized performance testing equipment at site visits for required energy audits.
