BOC Savings
BOC saves money for commercial and institutional buildings by improving the energy efficiency of lighting, heating and cooling systems, and by enabling operators to be proactive in complying with environmental regulations affecting facility operations and maintenance. Energy savings achieved by BOC graduates (www.theboc.info/w-energy-savings.html) show the demonstrated benefits graduates provide their organizations. BOC graduates save $20,000 annually on energy bills for their companies through energy conservation.
Over 170 municipal and county government facilities, libraries and park & recreation districts have sent operators to BOC including three California local government partnership programs – AMBAG in Monterey Bay, Energy Leader Partnership in Santa Barbara, and the San Diego County Partnership.
