Lanai–Entry Level Photovoltaic (PV) Design and Installation Training Program

Scholarship Applications are being accepted until June 30th. They are available at www.sustainablemaui.org and UH Maui College/Lanai Education Center. This comprehensive training program prepares students to become NABCEP certified to design and plan PV installation systems for residential and small business customers and work with customers in the field.

Participants learn the principles of small business and residential and/or commercial PV installation and design, as well as the principles of sustainability, energy and electrical systems, renewable energy generation, project and worksite safety, and PC system design and installation planning. This course is a prerequisite for the Entry Level North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners (NABCEP) Certification exam.
