Energy Efficiency – Intro GB

Intro to Green Building and LEED Exam Prep

The Intro to Green Building and LEED Exam Prep training program is a 2-day curriculum. It will introduce participants to a variety of topics that the US Green Building Council bases its LEED certification program, including sustainable sites, indoor air quality, green materials, water conservation, and energy efficiency. Combining building science and energy efficiency components of RESNET and BPI with core concepts identified by LEED will give participants a strong foundation in understanding green building strategies that work in Hawaii.

The class will finish with a one day LEED Green Associate (GA) Exam Preparation workshop that ties the class to a nationally recognized designation.
