Instructor: Gerry Ross, Co-farmer with Janet Simpson of Kupaʻa Farms, a 4-acre organic farm in lower Kula. Trained classically as a geologist, he brings a mix of practical experience and scientific observation to the complex business of building and maintaining a successful and profitable organic farm on Maui.
